REVEL

THE DB SPOT

Double Bench

No treadmill. All 50 minutes on the floor.

The REVEL Fit Club studio floor with benches and club lighting

DB means double bench. You take a two-bench spot on the floor and skip the treadmill entirely, so the full 50 minutes is strength and core.

It is built for the days you do not want to run, or for anyone who would rather put all of the class into the floor work. You are in the same room, with the same coach and the same music.

Who it is for

IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOUR DAY.

  • You want a strength-only class without the treadmill half.
  • You are nursing a running niggle or simply not feeling the cardio today.
  • You want more time under dumbbells and on core.
  • You are pairing REVEL with your own cardio elsewhere in the week.

Every spot still gets the full split. Starting DB only changes the order.

Questions

Does DB really mean no treadmill?

Yes. DB is a double bench spot: no treadmill, all strength. It is the option for anyone who prefers not to run.

Is a DB spot the same price?

The first-timer offer is two classes for $32. For current class pricing and memberships, call the studio or check the booking app.

Will I be bored on the floor while everyone else switches?

No. You stay on the floor with the coach and your own strength and core work while the room moves around you.

How early should I arrive?

Fifteen minutes early, with photo ID if it is your first class. Late arrivals cannot join.
